An action oriented service designed to help individuals and families.  Very simply, we support and represent your interests.  We focus on Veteran Disability and Special Education.

You might wonder "what's the connection between these client groups?"

There are many common factors.

• Disabled Veterans and Special Education children are among the most vulnerable and most deserving of client groups 
• Both groups are discouraged by government regulation from using attorney representation
• Eligibility for benefits comes from evidence in existing records combined with diagnostic evaluations by specialists
• Veteran and Special Educaiton laws are designed to help individuals with special needs as well as exceptional strengths

Clinical Advocates:

Advocating for Disabled Veterans and Special Education children is also different in some ways.

• Veteran Disability usually involves medical and psychosocial records and examinations
  Special Education usually involves educational and psychoshcial records and examinations  

It's our job to gather, review, and analyze the documentation of disability

It's our job to direct the process of getting proper diagnostic examinations for disability

It's our job to help individuals and families put this documentation together with an action plan that results in fair and timely benefits decisions
